We start by uncovering the 'why' behind your current patterns through the cards. Then, we move to the table using Kinesiology, Reiki and guided energy releases to physically release those stories from your nervous system and body. It’s a full-circle session designed to leave you feeling clear in your mind and light in your heart.

Afterwards, you may notice sensations like fatigue, thirst, or a mild headache — all signs your system is recalibrating and integrating the healing.
