Energetic Alignment (Reiki & Kinesiology)

These sessions combine the gentle power of Reiki with the sub conscious feedback of kinesiology, helping your body and spirit release blockages, restore balance, and recalibrate toward wellbeing.

Combined Session

A combined session offers both insight and support. We begin with a reading to explore your personal story and highlight areas where you may feel out of alignment. This is followed by an energy alignment session that works directly with what’s surfaced, helping to shift patterns, beliefs, or emotional blocks that may still be held in your system.

Many clients gain fresh clarity and often uncover energies they thought they'd already worked through, but are still quietly influencing their wellbeing.

This session is ideal for first-time visits, offering a full-circle experience of both understanding and gentle release. 1.5hr session recommended for your first vist.

  • Its different for everyone one and every session! Most people experience a gentle sense of warmth, heaviness, or even a floating sensation depending on where your body and energy are at. Occasionally, you might feel brief twinges or sharp sensations, similar to a stitch. This is often where stagnant energy is shifting or releasing. Afterwards, you may notice sensations like fatigue, thirst, or a mild headache — all signs your system is recalibrating and integrating the healing.

  • There’s no fixed schedule here, you’re not required to rebook or commit to a routine. You come when you feel called.

    My sessions are designed to help you reclaim your power, meet life’s challenges with clarity, and rise above what’s holding you back.

    If things feel heavy or you're navigating emotional shifts, a session can help move the energy and give you a head start on your own inner processing. During big life transitions, appointments every 2 to 4 weeks can be supportive. The start is always the hardest! Many ongoing clients like to check in every 2-3 months for self care and nurturing. Whats not to love about a space where your mind is at peace in a busy world.

    Keep in mind, collective energy and astrological transits, especially those unique to your chart can influence how you're feeling and processing. I’m here when you need that energetic reset.

  • That’s completely valid, and I honour your boundaries. My role is to share insights in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. If there are certain topics you’d prefer not to explore, just let me know, I’ll respect that fully.

    Being a professional means holding space with care. If something arises and you’re not ready to hear it, my intuition tells me. Instead, we’ll gently explore the energetic patterns and beliefs beneath the surface, focusing on what’s ready to shift and support your growth in a way that feels safe and aligned.

  • At this stage I only offer zoom appointments during the week. I am only able to offer select weekend in person appointments but stay tuned for any upcoming announcements!
